Dunaj

Dunaj released its debut LP, Dunaj a Iva Bittová, in 1988. At the time, Pavel Fajt was the band's drummer. Iva Bittová reunited with Dunaj in 1996 to record Pustit musíš. The album is essentially a new interpretation of the songs from Dunaj a Iva Bittová, although presented in a different musical style. One of its most distinctive features is the joint drumming of Pavel Koudelka and Pavel Fajt, whose collaboration gives the recording a unique energy.

Following the release of the band's second LP, Rosol, keyboard player Zdeněk Plachý left the group. On the third album, Dudlay, Pavel Koudelka took over on drums, replacing Pavel Fajt.

The line up remained unchanged for the following albums, Dunaj IV and La La Lai. Dunaj officially disbanded in January 1998, bringing its ten year career to a close.
